Q: When can I expect my order?
A: You can expect your order to ship in 2-3 business days. Keep an eye out for a shipping notification. Please allow 3 business days before contacting us. If you purchased backordered items, expect them to ship in the next 28 days.
Q: What do I need for my project that is not included in the kit?
A: You will need scissors and a pen for tracing your pattern. Everything else is included.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes! We offer wholesale through Faire. (Link/Widget)
Q: How does my purchase support adoptions?
A: 10% of all profits are set aside to support adoptions.
Q: Do you offer custom embroidery?
A: We periodically open limited custom embroidery orders. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we are offering custom orders.
